    Summary: Performs assigned duties in a timely and efficient manner. Runs errands which include making daily trips to the bank, post office and other company locations by driving company vehicle. Other responsibilities may be assigned.

     

     

    Responsibilities

    Essential Functions:

     

     

    • Receive, sort and distribute mail
    • Operates postal meter machine/drop off and pick up mail to and from local post office.
    • Responsible for delivering and picking up mail/packages to and from multiple office locations by driving company vehicle.
    • Responsible for Company Document Imaging System.
    • Answer and directs phone calls to appropriate party.
    • Interact with external customers, internal employees and managers with in multiple locations.
    • Run Department errands as necessary.

    Qualifications

     

    Job Requirements:

     

    • High School diploma or GED equivalent required; College Preferred.
    • Self Starter.
    • Must have PC Skill and Microsoft Office and windows products.
    • Good alphabetical and numerical skills.
    • Problem-solving, analytical skills and detail oriented.
    • Ability to adapt to constant changing environment.
    • Ability to adhere and company policies.
    • Strong customer service skill.

      

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Must be able to reach, bend, stoop, stand, and lift up to 50 pounds.
    • Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time.

     

    Job Type: Full Time

     

    Required Experiece:

     

    Minimum 1 year office work experience

    Accounts payable experience preffered

     

    Required Education:

     

    High School or Equivalent (GED)
