Overview

Primary Responsibilities Include:

  • Daily contact with luxury high-end Developers, Contractors, Architects and Interior Designers
  • Ability to handle general customer service transactions
  • Ability to handle telephone orders and walk-in transactions
  • Complete and process all documentation related to sales
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships (internal & external)
  • Must be highly motivated and a team player

Responsibilities

Knowledge & Skill Requirements

  • Ability to drive, promote and increase customer sales for the company
  • Knowledge in Building Materials, Millwork such as Windows, Doors & Trim
  • Ability to comprehend and review blue prints
  • Must have good time management and presentation skills
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills are critical
  • Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Outlook and or Google Mail
  • Business Math capabilities

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree (Business Administration, Marketing and or Engineering)
  • Industry experience with Building Materials and Trim
  • 3 years solid experience within high volume sales environment
  • Must be reliable, honest and able to grow within the company

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5 years sales experience
  • Bi-lingual a Plus (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian)
